fabulous fayre, luxury lodgings
perfection detailelegant bargenerous portions
i stayed in dream alliance and the attention to detail was perfection (i loved the high-end toiletries!). the cocktail bar had a talented pianist saturday evening, a nice touch. the restaurant had 5-star food with generous portions. breakfast was possibly the best i have ever had.
the christmas cracker contained only a paper noting plastic savings.

my room included a king-sized bed and high-end toiletries. the room also contained ample wardrobe space with provided hangers. blackout curtains are fitted in the room, ensuring a dark and quiet environment. a flat-screen television with satellite channels is also available.

the staff were warm, friendly, and cute from arrival to departure. i observed that housekeeping maintained high cleanliness standards throughout my stay. i saw quick and attentive service in both the bar and restaurant areas during peak hours.

I found the room service to be quite slow. It often took longer than the estimated time they provided. the promised turndown service never occurred . This lack of attention to detail left me annoyed, especially considering the price.

I found the team amazing. housekeeping, bar, and restaurant staff were warm and cute. the cocktail bar provided an elegant space before dinner. i enjoyed the talented pianist on saturday evening. It was a lovely touch. the breakfast was possibly the best i have ever had!!!
